Zannina Anagnostopoulou has over 23 years of experience serving as an executive director in Banking & Financial Institutions, with appointments in numerous strategic & tactical assignments in the CEE & SEE regions. Accomplished in portfolio and program management, which requires both cross-functional steering between business sponsors and project stakeholders and effective management of multiple operational functions.

She believes in collaborative leadership and teambuilding, as the principal empowerment for developing creative thinking, fostering emotional intelligence and cognitive trust and building a collaborative culture within high-performing teams.

She has received her BSc in Mathematics in the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and MBA from ALBA Graduate Business School. Zannina is the President of the Board of Directors of the PMI Greece Chapter, a Certified Project Management Professional and with a Diploma in English Studies from the University of Cambridge.

Currently, she is the Senior Partner and Advisory Services Leader in PM-Partners, a boutique consulting house working in several business engagements, first mover challenges and complex projects, helping customers turning challenging ideas into reality and reaching their growth potential. She volunteers in the PMI groups which implement a variety of initiatives related to youth and education.
