Yiannis Vithynos is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 Practitioner and Agile Certified Practitioner. He is the founder of Critical Path Ltd, a company that specializes in Project Management consulting, training and tools. 

He is an electrical engineer, and before turning into project management services, he had extensive experience in managing large projects in the areas of IT, Telecommunications, in European Research Programs etc. Yiannis has worked in Greece and the Balkans, and he has thousands of hours of training and consulting experience on various project management areas. 

Additionally, he was a member of the first elected BoD of the PMI Athens Chapter, responsible for professional development services (2008-2010). He is a member of the Greek IPMA Member Association (PM-Greece) and has been an assessor for the IPMA global Project Excellence Award many times since 2008. 

Finally, he was a member of the organizing committee of the first PM Congress in Athens in November 2006.
