Dr. Panos Chatzipanos, Civil Engineer, Ph.D. in Environmental Hydrodynamics from London University, is a resourceful and diverse revenue producer with considerable engineering knowledge, large construction experience and substantial managerial competencies that span more than 40 years in the construction industry, over 15 at the executive level. He is the President of GREEN ATHENS S.A. Panos is also, a senior consultant at the World Bank and a consultant at the EU Parliament. He is a principal of PMOAdvisory, Inc. and co- owner of TECHNERGA S.A.

He is the co-author of five Project Management Institute Standards including the ANSI Standards for Portfolio Management and Earned Value Management. He is the Co-Editor of the book “Implementing Portfolio Management” published by PMI. He is also a member of the Global ISO Technical Committee (TC258), on project management. He is a founding member of the American Academy of Water Resources Engineers, a diplomate of the Academy (D.WRE), and a Fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). He is a Charted environmental project manager from CIWEM and an RPP from APM. He is the Governor of ASCE for Europe and the President of ASCE, Hellenic Section. He is a past President of PMI-Greece.
