Merv is passionate about the design and delivery of exceptional high-value virtual and hybrid event experience, having led the twice award-winning PMI UK Digital Events team throughout COVID and beyond. He is an audience engagement specialist and MentiNinja.

He uses his role as Director of Technology and Digital Events, to connect and up-skill PM professionals with the wider stakeholder universe, helping them to deliver projects that create a better world.  Merv and his team are currently focused on developing communities of action for Sustainability and Women in Projects.

In his ‘day job’, Merv is Benefits Management SME, and the UK Customer Success Manager of Amplify Strategic Programme Management platform, which empowers companies to navigate the rapid pace of change and deliver on their promise.
