Christine Dawson is the owner, lead trainer and creative force behind Quest for Success Ltd. Quest for Success Ltd is a UK based International Training and Coaching Company specialising in Neuro Linguistic Programming and Coaching. Over the past 14 years, Quest for Success Ltd have trained many Practitioners, Master Practitioners and Trainers, along with the development of NLP Master Trainers, both in the UK and abroad, assisted many organisations to accelerate their prospects and worked with many individuals to resolve a broad range of life challenges.

As an EMCC qualified Coach/Mentor, Christine studied with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development to gain her coaching certification in 2006. After coaching, building coaching programmes and developing coaching culture in national organisations for two years, Christine took the step towards her goals and set up her own company. She became a trainer of NLP in 2009.

Christine is a Master Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming and Hypnosis and a Trainer of Master NLP Coaching and Master Time Line Therapy®. The rank of NLP Master Trainer is hard to win and involves a highly observed 5 year programme of personal and business development and challenges. She has studied with some of the most renowned NLP specialists in the world and dedicated 14 years to her own continuous personal development, ensuring that she is at the very top of her profession. As a communications expert , Christine works with a highly developed toolkit and mastery of language on a daily basis with her training and coaching clients and to accelerate effective change programmes in corporate environments.
